The
Automatic Ice Bag Vending Machine System
is a fully
automatic ice house. It dispenses both bagged and bulk (cooler) ice.
The customer simply inserts their money into the vending machine and
selects "bag" or "cooler." The ice is distributed as a 16lb bag or
16lbs of bulk ice. The ice vending machine weighs the proper amount of
ice and then discharges it into the appropriate chute for the customer
to retrieve. For bulk ice, the customers place their cooler in the
proper place and the ice is dispensed into it after they pull the
lever. Any change due back to the customer is refunded in quarters.

wholesale ice prices and the convenience of The

SITE
PREPARATION FOR THE MACHINE |
|
|
|
We can set the machine in most
locations were the ground is
suitable for anchoring.
The site needs to be a least 30
feet by 30 feet of space.
The building is 8 feet wide by
18 feet long. The
extra space is needed for the
lift truck to set the machine.
If the lift truck operator can
set it in a smaller space that
30 feet by 30 feet they need to
understand any damage to any
equipment is their
responsibility. A concrete
pad is preferred but not
necessary as we have set the
machines on dirt, asphalt
parking lots, concrete pads.
With each site being different
we need to know what is being
set on so we can bring the
correct equipment for each site.
If you need us to visit and go
over some of the sites you have
in mind please let us know so we
can make arrangements for the
visit and the time. In
most cases this is not
necessary, but does help in
peace of mind. Once the
site is secured and approval for
construction gas gone through.
We need 3 phase power 220 amp
circuit ran to the site (which
takes a while depending on
electric company a few days to
as long as 2 weeks), as well as
good water source, and an
isolated phone line for the
modem. |

INSTALLATION
FOR
THE MACHINE PROCESS |
|
|
|
After all that has been done the
site is ready for the house,
contact us and we will arrange
for shipping and set up
(normally takes 1 - 3 days for
all the affairs to be in order).
Then you will need to find a 20
Ton Lift Truck to pick up the
machine off the trailer and set
the ice maker on the roof of the
house. The crane needs to
be there at the same time we are
so no one is sitting around.
The times can be corresponded by
phone on our way to the site.
The set up usually takes 2 days
depending on the weather and the
site. |

PERFORMANCE, TEST AND
TRAINING FOR
THE MACHINE |
|
|
|
After the house is set we will
power up house and run through
system check usually takes 8
hours to insure all is OK.
We will bring down the
temperature in the house which
takes 1/2 days before starting
to make ice. The power up
the ice maker to run initial
check through the system.
While this is going on we will
be doing training on the machine
for you. To ensure your
knowledge of running and
watching the machine.
Which covers proper bag
placement, removing money,
keeping proper amount coins in
cube hopper, learning how the
pneumatics work that contraol
the bagger assembly, and to know
what to watch for while in the
machine. |

It sounds like a lot but it
really isn't. Your check
will take approximately 10 - 15
minutes when ever you take money
out of the machine. If
there is a problem you can
call us and we can walk you
through most problems (if any
occur). The problems that
we have faced before are
personal errors when placing
bags, not checking on the air
cylinders. Tat is why we
at ZAMA ENTERPRISE have made the
machine as easy as can be made
at the level of technology
available at the time. |

parts and equipment. We sell service contract for quarterly

contract is daily flat rate plus all expenses which include travel,
food and hotel stay for extended service.
THIS IS FOR ANY LOCATION IN U.S.A.
While we are at the location for service call we will perform
complete maintenance on machine, as well as troubleshoot and fix the
problem for the initial call. We will make a report for the
problem and inform you the details caused and what we did to correct
the problem. If parts are needed to fix the problem that is
extra and will be billed at the job at your cost. If we do not
have the part with us and we have to order the part most will be
shipped by U.P.S. Ground, and / or Over Night delivery. This
is for the life of the machine as long as you own it or as long as
