conventional broilers.
- Provides uniform and consistent cooking surfaces.
- Reduces flare-ups due to the emitter shields, which reaches approximately
1,000oF
- Rugged heavy duty stainless steel construction (16 gauge 304 stainless
steel construction).
- Heavy duty cast iron grates with individual burner controls.
- 17-minute heat-up time
- Available partitioned cooking zone each with accurate control temperature
settings.
- Adjustable bullet feet 4” to 5-1/2”.
- Easy-to-clean removable parts, simple to service.
- Standing flame pilot.
- Natural or Propane 3/4” NPT gas manifold (Regulator included).
