which exceed industry design and quality standards.
Our people are dedicated, motivated, and sincerely interested in helping
our customers. They are knowledgeable and they care. Our products are
engineered and built to operate around the world from the equator to the
North or South Pole.
Each True model is the result of study, field observation, laboratory
testing, and our over fifty years of experience. We offer a large
selection of uniformly designed commercial refrigeration products to meet
almost all size or application requirements.
TRUE customers at times require immediate shipment created by unforeseen
breakdowns and we can frequently offer delivery the same day. True meets
this need with an extensive inventory in our O'Fallon, Overland, Pacific
and Mexico, Missouri facilities. Additionally, True maintains inventory
in over 40 Regional Warehouses and 9 international Warehouses.
Our products are designed to be easily serviced and maintained. We stand
behind our warranty. We continually train independent service agencies in
our O’Fallon facilities on our products. In addition, True offers you,
our customer, the flexibility to use the service company of your choice.
Our production lines are large, automated and efficient.
