 APPLICATION:

 This product is the first choice to be used in restaurants, hotels, bars, healthy food stores and all food businesses that make fresh sugar cane juice.

 OPERATION:

1.     Before using this machinery, check and ensure the source of electricity is the appropriate standard electric voltage and frequency and use only the national standard electrical outlet.

2.     Connect the source of electricity and turn on the power switch button with precautions, make sure the protective cover of this machinery is tightly secured.

3.     Always insert the more sharpened, splayed or oblique angled side of the sugar cane into the sugar cane send-out opening.

4.     When the machinery is under normal operation, the green power switch is on and it is at Forward mode (#1). When the machinery is not running smoothly, (the flow of the sugar cane appears to stop), change to Reverse mode (#2) to retrieve the sugar cane and re-insert the sugar cane into the sugar cane send-out opening.

     IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS:

 1.     Do not place hands into openings and keep hands and any objects away from moving parts while this machinery is operating to ensure maximum safety.

2.     Split the sugar cane into two when its diameter is more than 30mm to avoid overloading the maximum capacity of this machinery.

3.     When the flow of the sugar cane appears to stop, it is the sign of overloading the maximum capacity of this machinery. Press the emergency stop button immediately and change the power switch button to #1 Reverse mode to retrieve the sugar cane.

4.     When the protective cover is opened, this machinery will be stopped automatically. This protective cover has to be closed and secured tightly in order for this machinery to operate and run properly.

5.     Do not clean this machinery with splashing water to avoid the short circus of the electrical parts.

      MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE:

 Unplug the unit from its electrical power source before cleaning. All detachable parts of this machinery must be cleaned thoroughly at the end of the day after use for efficient operation. Appropriate machinery lubrication that is approved and meet the edible standards must be added periodically or on needed basis to this machinery for power performance.
