RETURN POLICY

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE!

Zama Enterprises wants your business. We are not a retail store.  We are an Internet-based company that sells directly to businesses and consumers, and offers a pricing policy that generally beats regular retail prices.

We are aware of the difficulty that customers may have in making purchase decisions based on Web products pictures and graphics.  Therefore, we provide permanent customer service to meet your needs and answer any inquiries regarding our products.  Please call us or send us an e-mail.

Our pre-sale advice for every item that we offer effectively aids our customers in making their purchase decisions.  We also provide our customers with effective and transparent information on our product return policy prior to accepting any order.

        Zama Enterprises does not charge a separate shipping and handling fee on the items it offers.  Prices listed on all products include free shipping via ground services for the 48 contiguous United States (prices vary for Alaska,  Hawaii and Puerto Rico).  Therefore, unless otherwise marked, our prices include the free shipping and handling.

All orders for Commercial & Semi-Commercial Equipment are considered Special Order items and are not subject to cancellation. This merchandise cannot be returned unless proven defective.

Defective Machines:

Should your machines seem not to be working properly immediately after installation, please call our office, toll free at 1-877-208-8723 from the United States or Canada, or at 1-305-433-3170 from outside the United States.  Please call us within three business days after receiving the merchandise.  You will be provided with the necessary instructions regarding the return procedures.  Most machines will be returned to each product’s authorized distributor.

All of our products have been tested either at the manufacturers site in their country of origin, or at the importers premises in the United States.  Based on our communication with the customer, we are able to determine whether user errors or actual defects with the machines may exist. Should defects exist, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the immediate return and replacement of the product.

Shipping Damages:

Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect package upon arrival for any shortage or damage and note the nature and extent of the shortage or damage to the carrier who deliveries merchandise to you door.   He/She is responsible for loss and damage as part of the Freight Shipping Company. Acceptance of the shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgment that the articles delivered (or pick up) by them were in good condition and properly packed.

Please call us to notify that your machine was damaged, we will gladly ship a replacement machine when a claim number is issued by the Freight Shipping Company.

The original packaging must be returned with the machine.  The latter must be clean and free of moisture or water.  The customer will be charged for any damages in the packaging and for any missing or damaged parts, instruction booklets, etc.

Should you request any merchandise to be shipped and delivered via express services (i.e. UPS 3 day, 2 day, overnight, USPS Priority or Express, etc.), an additional shipping charge will be added to your bill at the time of purchase.  Shipping charges are non refundable unless products originally shipped are damaged or defective.  Any refunds will be processed as stated above.

Please note that if any food item has come in contact with the machine or other any other item purchased, we will not refund any of the purchase price or shipping charges.  No exceptions.

If you have not used the equipment and you wish to exchange it for another item in stock, we will give you full credit for the purchase price only, minus the 25% re-stocking fee and shipping charges incurred.  Shipping charges applicable to the return of the products will be paid by the customer

Zama Enterprises does not provide expressed or implied warranties.  The applicability of all warranties are between the manufacturer and the customer.  This is consistent with our policy of providing the lowest prices and passing such savings to the customer.

Special Order Items

All orders for commercial equipment are considered Special Order items and are not subject to cancellation.  Such merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Unless otherwise stated:

1.         Equipment carries standard factory warranties only, and does not include labor or transportation costs on the replacement of any defective parts.

2.         Items are priced based on delivery costs up to the customers’ receiving docks, not uncrated, set in place, nor installed.  Any necessary additional parts for mechanical or electrical connections from rough-in are not included, nor labor costs for installation or final hook-up.

3.          No trade-ins nor allowances are considered.

4.         We do not assume responsibility for unavoidable manufacturing or transportation delays nor for loss or damage in transit.

5.         It is the responsibility of the buyer that his/her premises have proper electrical and/or gas supply, that plumbing lines are properly sized, and that doors and passageways will adequately allow for the accommodation and installation of the equipment.

All Commercial Equipment must pre-paid by credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express), business checks, money orders or wire transfers.
