Shipping Schedule |

Zama-Enterprise.com processes orders received
after obtaining the Invoice or Order sheet
verified and signed. The shipping are based from our supplier
follow a unique shipping schedule.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday,
excluding legal holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated according to our
normal economy rate schedule that is based on the
entire value of your shipment.
Please make arrangements for unloading at your location.
If lift-gate, residential and/or inside delivery service
is required, there will be additional charges. Zama
Enterprises does not charge a separate shipping
and handling fee on the certain items we sell. Prices
listed on these products include free shipping via ground
services within the 48 US States.
Currently we ship these items within the
Continental US. Unfortunately, we do not offer
shipping of these items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO
addresses or US territories.
Shipping Damages:
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect
package upon arrival for any shortage or damage and note the nature and
extent of the shortage or damage to the carrier who deliveries merchandise
to you door. He/She is responsible for loss and damage as part
of the Freight Shipping Company. Acceptance of the shipment by the
transportation company is acknowledgment that the articles delivered (or
pick up) by them were in good condition and properly packed.
Please
call us to notify that your machine was damaged, we will gladly ship a
replacement machine when a claim number is issued by the Freight Shipping
Company.
