Important Notice to Netscape Users
Your
browser has a built in security system
module and is automatically configured to
work with "SSL" (Secure Socket
Layer) secure transactions. Unless you
have told it not to, a pop-up window
advises when you are entering or leaving a
secure connection. If you have disabled
your security features to not recognize a
certificate authority, you will not be
able to participate in a secure
transaction.
Verify
YOUR browser's security. Click on
the link at the left to check your
browser's security, it may take a few
moments to connect, so please be patient.
A new window will open in your browser,
just close it when finished.
Netscape Browser Upgrade Recommended
Netscape
Navigator versions 4.05 and earlier
include a security component which was set
to expire at the end of 1999. If you are
using such a browser, you may receive
warning messages when connecting to
certain secured web sites after December
31, 1999. These messages may indicate that
your connection cannot be verified,
because your security component has
expired. Therefore, we recommend that
users of Netscape version 4.05 and earlier
upgrade their browser prior to December
31, 1999 in order to avoid such warning
messages.
If
you encounter a dialog box stating
"Certificate Authority is
Expired" when you try to access
one of our secure pages, simply
click 'Continue': the SSL session
that secures your transaction with
our site is NOT affected. You will
see the "https://' in the
address bar signifying the
connection is secure. You can avoid
the dialog box in the future by
upgrading your browser.
